Replacement/Renewal of MLBB Card Designs
The MLBB card designs will only be issued once for new FRANK Debit Card applications. Any replacement or renewal cards will be defaulted to ART0014 – Resurgence card design. Replacement or renewal cards for MLBB card designs from MPL SG Season 2 will also be defaulted to ART0014 – Resurgence card.

Can I replace my card design with the MLBB Designs for my existing FRANK Debit Card? or
I have the MPL Season 2 Card Design, can I replace the MLBB card design for the new MLBB card designs?No, you cannot replace your existing card design with MLBB Designs. Unfortunately, our licensing rights with MLBB is only applicable for newly applied FRANK Debit Card from 5 September 2022 to 9 October 2022. You can still replace your card design with other existing card designs found here.

Are they any other MLBB designs on top of the 5 designs?
No. There isn't any other MLBB designs.

If I selected the wrong design at point of application, can I still change the design?
No, you cannot. We strictly do not allow any change of card design once card is approved.

Can I apply for the MLBB designs offline?
No. These are online-exclusive designs, you will need to head to https://www.frankbyocbc.com/campaign/mpls4-2022 to apply.

What if I don't have Singpass? Can I still apply?
Yes, you can apply online by choosing the manual fill up option.

If I'm a foreigner, can I still apply for the card?
Yes, you can apply online by choosing the manual fill up option.

How long does it take for new card to reach me?
It take about 10 working days after card approval.
