Excluded Occupations:

Excludes military personnel, law enforcement and civil defence officers, chauffeurs, firemen, air/ship crew, professional sportsmen, taxi/despatch/heavy vehicle drivers, and occupations of hazardous nature such as diving, oil-rig platform, on-board vessel or offshore work. Any professional sports teams or as a jockey.

Excluded Activities:

Engaging in or practising for or taking part in any kind of caving, scuba-diving, water-skiing, or any activities involving the use of underwater breathing apparatus, rock-climbing, mountaineering, potholing, winter sports, motor rallies, speed contest or racing other than on foot or martial arts or any professional competition or sports or training, bungee jumping, sky-diving parachuting, para-gliding, hang-gliding or any activities in aerial balloon whilst airborne.

Engaging in aerial activities or air travel, other than as fare-paying passenger in a fully licensed aircraft operated by a regularly scheduled licensed commercial air carrier or recognised charter company operating between established commercial airports

Additional Exclusions

Excludes injuries by hostilities and war.

How it works

Apply for HospitalWise to begin your coverage

HospitalWise coverage will start as soon as we receive your first monthly payment and a policy is issued. Coverage will continue for as long as your monthly payments are received.

Paying for your coverage

Premiums are what you pay monthly for your HospitalWise coverage. It will automatically be charged to your chosen credit or debit card every month.

Premium rates are for adults aged between 18 – 30 years old based on last birthday.
They are inclusive of 7% GST and not guaranteed and may be adjusted based on future experience.

Am I eligible?

You and any Insured Persons must reside in Singapore and be either

  • Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident or;
  • Foreigner with valid Employment Pass, Work Permit, Student Pass or Dependent Pass
You should be at least aged 18

  • At point of enrolment, you should be between age 18 to 59 (renewable up to age 65)
  • You will be covered up to your 65th birthday.

FRANK Credit Card: Annual fee for the FRANK Credit Card is S$32.10 inclusive of 7% GST. The effective interest rate is 25.92% p.a. and is subject to compounding if the monthly interest charges are not repaid in full.

Terms and Conditions for $50 Cash Reward and one month’s free insurance premium

$50 cash and one month free premium is condition on set up of premium payment with your FRANK Credit / Debit Card.

One month premium free is applicable after completing 11 months of full premium payments.

An amount equal to two monthly premium payments will be charged when you first take up the plans.

Applicable for the first 300 eligible customers. Cash will be credited to FRANK Credit / Debit Cards within 2 months of policy approval.
